individual session
arrival time
please try to arrive on time for your one-on-one session. if you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel the session. kindly refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
payment
our work is built on mutual respect and right relationship.
payment is requested before we meet to help us manage our shared time and energy.
Changes & Cancellations
2+ Business Days Notice: You may reschedule or change the frequency of your sessions at no cost.
Late Notice (Within 1 Day): Because the time has been reserved specifically for you, late cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of our session will require the full session fee to be settled.
Missed Sessions: If you miss a session without any prior notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
Future Bookings: Any outstanding fees from late cancellations or missed sessions must be settled before we can continue our shared walk with future bookings.
Transfers
Availability: Moving your session to another date is always subject to current availability.
Other Offerings: You may choose to transfer your commitment to a different offering (such as a workshop or earth-based product) up to 7 days before that specific event
GROUP OFFERINGS
payment
your payment for paid offerings is due before the start of the offering. in most cases the deadline is specified with each offering. if needed, please contact us to arrange payment plans.
cancellation, transfers & refund
cancellations requested up to 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 administration fee.
cancellations requested within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, however they can be transferred to another offering or one-on-one within the same calendar year.
there is no refund if you do not show up.
transfers to another offering are available up until 7 days prior to the event.

GENERAL
if we need to cancel an offering due to low registration, severe weather, the host being ill, or issues with the training location (in person) or internet connectivity (online), we'll notify you via email as soon as possible. if this happens, you can either receive a full refund OR apply your contribution towards a future offering. there are no refunds for offerings not paid for in advance.
ACCESSIBILITY & RELATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS (online offerings)

Shipping Methods & International Shipping: We offer international shipping from Jamaica.
To North America: Shipments to North America typically take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
To the UK and Europe: Shipments to the UK and Europe typically take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Shipping costs for your order will be presented prior to final checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you must enter the designated shipping code at checkout to receive this discount.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll update the order status, and you'll receive an email notification. You'll be able to track your shipment's progress.
Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.
Shipping Issues: If your package is delayed and you haven't received it within 7 days after its expected delivery date, please reach out to us. exchanges, returns & refund
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds will be issued for any products.
